Appointment Planner: The appointments section allows me to write down all of my appointments for the next 3 months in one main section and is designed over a double page at the front. It has room to write the date, place and any notes or follow up.
To Do List: There are 4 lists, one for each month where I can write out all of my main “to do’s” plus a bonus overflow list. They are all designed over a double page at the front.
Undated Monthly Planner: The monthly pages are undated which is super helpful to start anytime of the year. It’s designed over a double page and includes a monthly habit tracker, important tasks and this month's big goals.
Monthly Wellness Tracker: This helps to track your self care habits for the month. It will inspire you to start new positive habits.
Journal Page: The Journal Page is after the Wellness Planner for all of your big thoughts and big feelings. Writing out your heart is true self care.
One Page Per Day, Undated Daily Planner Pages: This includes a happy thought, the date, today’s hourly schedule (7am-7pm), main goal for today, top 3 priorities, my daily routine (morning, afternoon, evening), I’m feeling section to enter your mood and grounding, thoughts to let go of, self care plans and what you are most grateful for.
Additional Notes: 6 pages at the back for additional notes/journaling.
